    Resume outcome

    Application updates land in your personal inbox with feedback on what worked and what didn't. Some you'll get; some you won't.

  3. 03

    Interview

    If you're shortlisted, you'll have a real interview conversation with the hiring manager — typed, but properly back-and-forth.

  4. 04

    Work tasks

    Three progressively harder briefs from your mentor, with feedback on each. Halfway through you'll have a quick mid-placement coaching chat before tackling the last one.

  5. 05

    Lunchroom moments

    Your colleagues will invite you to informal team lunches — group chats where you get to know the team off the clock. The bit most internships forget to teach.

  6. 06

    Exit interview

    Wrap up with a short reflective conversation with HR. Not a test — a chance to think back on what you learned and what you'd do differently.
